The DR N.G.-MED Health Bt. started its activities in 2000. Activity of the company: human health services, dental care. The company operates as a limited partnership. Headquarters: 4029 Debrecen, Rákóczi utca 7.

Our current staff: 4 people

We would like to increase our current staff by 2 people. We are looking to recruit a tourism organiser (OKJ No 54 812 03) and a dental assistant (OKJ No 54 720 02).

The role of the tour operator: as we receive a lot of foreign guests, we would like to strengthen this sector with a person with good language skills who will provide a complex package of services to clients by managing their travel, accommodation and management, preparing offers, liaising with clients, travel agencies and potential accommodation. Tasks of a new trainee:

Tasks:

  • greeting and welcoming customers when they contact you in person;
  • complete management of travel, accommodation and dental treatment for guests from abroad;
  • preparation of quotations;
  • receiving telephone calls from customers, messages from other communication channels (e-mail, SMS, etc.);
  • providing guidance, information, assistance and problem solving according to the needs of the client;
  • arranging a time, place or meeting with people;
  • providing information, advice and assistance to clients on people, places and information, including in a foreign language if necessary;
  • sending and delivering letters, information material, brochures and other documents to customers;
  • professional handling and storage of documents, cartons, sheets and other documents using a document management system;
  • maintaining and managing lists and registers related to the operation of the organisation;
  • reporting to the manager.

The role of the dental assistant:

  • create the environment necessary for safe patient care
  • ensure the hygiene of the surgery
  • preparing instruments and patients to carry out treatments.
  • assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in conservative dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, dentoalveolar surgery, paediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
  • performs administrative tasks
  • performs organisational and coordinating tasks between the practice, the patients and the dental laboratory(s).
  • performs his/her duties under the direction and supervision of the dentist

Ability to prepare instruments, materials, tools, medicines for dental treatments, to handle instruments, tools and machines required for the job with precision, to apply knowledge in practice, to understand treatment processes and to recognise interrelationships, to draw appropriate conclusions to assist the dentist in preventive, diagnostic, conservative, periodontal, prosthetic, dentoalveolar, paediatric, orthodontic, dental, examinations, treatments and interventions to apply imaging techniques professionally; to take and archive dental radiographs to perform independently, under medical direction, care, examination, nursing and rehabilitation tasks in accordance with competence to provide psychological support to the patient to carry out patient observation to attend to emergency cases to assist the doctor to provide information and assistance to the patient in dental prevention activities, screening tests to assist the doctor in health education, ?to provide information on (special) cleaning methods and instruments to keep examination and treatment rooms and instruments clean and sterile, to apply disinfection and sterilisation procedures professionally to carry out user-level IT activities to perform documentation, administration and coordination tasks to comply with environmental, fire, work and accident prevention rules.

We will need your work to complement the dental area, increasing our capacity and thus the number of patients we can serve.
